This HIIT cardio class combines boxing, barre, strength + functional training and plyometrics to get your heart rate and metabolism sky high. A high intensity styled class grouping a range of exercise methods and training systems. No dance combinations.
Please arrive 10mins prior to class.
Bring your sweat towel, water, and wear supportive trainers.
