Ka Pow

A KBOD signature class – this sculpting workout is all about strengthening and carving our muscles the way we like them. A training session from top to toe. Get a dancers body without all the dance. The class is high intensity / low impact / super funky. Good for all fitness levels.

Please arrive 10 mins prior to class starting.

Bring your sweat towel, water, and remember to wear supportive trainers.
If you have any injuries please ensure you advise your instructor prior to class commencing.
