Barre Fitness

KBOD barre classes are innovative and highly addictive. Beware! A full body, high intensity, low impact class fuses some of the greatest dance principals – working with resistance bands, light weights, sliders & Pilates balls. Dancers are athletes- lets train like one!

This class is executed without shoes- freedom! For hygiene purposes we ask that everyone wear grip socks. You can purchase a pair at the studio if needed.
